Agriturismo Collelignani

The Farm House Collelignani is located at the foot of  Giove Mountain, along the Via Francigena just 5 km from the historic center of Spoleto. Here you can still feel the atmosphere of a time when peace and quiet are the setting for a rich vegetation of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub.

The ancient village of Eggi, which was municipality since the Napoleonic age, shows still evidences of its history, such as the Castle of the 14th century, numerous churches and chapels scattered throughout the picturesque streets.

Our farm was established in 1989, thanks to a meticulous restoration. It is surrounded by about 120 acres of vegetation. The old farm buildings were restored and  transformed into comfortable accommodations recovering almost completely rural architecture’s elements. They are now called the Red House, due to their color.

Today the Red House hosts 9 gracious and cozy apartments, totally independent with outer space as a porch, patio or garden, where is pleasant lounging in the utmost privacy during the warmer season.

the apartaments can accommodate from 2 to 4 beds in double rooms with bathroom, living room with kitchenette. Try to prepare prepare a delicious DIY dinner with our fresh products!

A beautiful swimming pool (8 mt.x16mt.) is immersed in the green, so you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. A playground is available for young guests.
