Nicolò, Rita and Erica are members of a family who chose to leave Rome to enjoy the nature in Umbria. They chose the city of Gubbio and its surrounding countryside to build their new life!
L’Oca Blu is composed by about 6 hectares planted with organic olive trees, a small orchard with old varieties, a nursery of aromatic plants, a villa with a restaurant and the farm with animals.
At the restaurant local products are mixed up together to produce culinary suggestions which tells stories about travels, experiences and traditions of this family.
