The farmhouse is located in Carpina Valley, close to the luxuriant Valtiberina valley, on 600 mt. above the sea level. The farmhouse, committed on organic cultivations, is surrounded by woods of oaks, chestnuts trees, hornbeams and maples that are populated by roe-bucks and buzzards. The country house was built at the beginning of XIX century and now is used as an agritourism. The main building used to be a Longobard tower and then it was enlarged for agricultural purposes.
The farm house has 3 bedrooms (for a total of 8 beds) and keeps the country style without leaving out modern comforts. The whole building is composed by the tower, the large kitchen and the living room.
Guests can practice several activities outdoor: swimming in the pool, mountain–bike excursions, trekking and horse back riding. There is also the possibility to be involved in truffle-hunting excursions, in organised tours around the surrounding countrysides and villages, in cooking lessons of local typical dishes and in our usual farm activities
