Villa De Santis is an old manor, now completely restored close to the small town of Montefranco, Terni.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful park cultivated with olive trees. From the spacious terraces guests can admire the famous waterfall Marmore and the breathbreaking panorama of the Nera Valley, one of the most fascinating landscapes of Umbria.

The building of about 600 square meters, is divided into three floors completely independent. Rooms are large, with panoramic balconies and wide living rooms. You can rent it wholly or partly for holidays and ceremonies.

Fireplace, wood-burning oven and outdoor swimming pool with panoramic sun terrace are available for guests.
